The rug arrived folded rather than rolled, so there were several creases to deal with at first. They do ease out with a lot of patience; I weighted mine down with furniture and books for a couple of days and that worked well for most of the creases. It does advise that washing it is a quick and easy solution, but at 240x300cm I can’t fit it in the washing machine. The 240×300cm size gives really good coverage for a large room, and there are plenty of smaller options if you don’t need something this big. The design is very neutral, with a woven texture that blends easily into most styles of décor. It’s not meant for outdoor use, although the top looks like it could be, but indoors it looks neat and understated. The backing has a dotted non-slip finish which helps keep it completely steady. Comfort-wise, it’s about 1cm thick, so not especially cushioned but it does feel warmer and softer than a bare floor, and it sits nicely under furniture without creating height issues. Low fuss on everyday upkeep. It isn’t a luxurious, plush rug, but it’s practical, durable and versatile. Having looked recently purchased three rugs of varying sizes this actually is extremely good value for money.

This is a nice heavyweight natural looking rug. It arrives folded up and I'm still working on getting all the creases to relax, but it's definitely improved with time. I would describe it as being a straw colour, which I think is attractive against a wood or wood-effect floor. The non-slip backing is working well on my unpolished bare floorboards as they provide a decent level of friction. However, I am fairly optimistic that it will also hold on place well once I've had new laminate flooring put down. The rug that I've received is huge, which is perfect for my living room, but might be too large for a little two-up-two-down terraced house, or a living room that is designed to have different zones. I think the value for money is pretty good given the size of the rug.

The rug arrived neatly folded in a plastic bag. However, because it is shipped folded this does mean that the rug requires a bit of decreasing upon arrival. The listing does suggest a damp cloth and an iron on low, but I found putting lots heavy items on it for a while removed the majority of deep creases, and a good hoovering also helped. I received the 240cm x 300cm size which is great for a larger area space, but there are other rectangular sizes available including 180cm x 270cm, 150cm x 210cm, 180cm x 120cm and 150cm x 90cm as well as hall runners sized at 60cm x 180cm and 60cm x 300cm. The rug has a nice natural feeling textured weave and since the colour is fairly neutral, it should fit in a range of different spaces. However, it is worth pointing out that this rug is intended for indoor use only, despite the images depicting it being used in an outdoor environment. The rug has a durable edge with a non-slip dot texture backing. It has a good thickness of approximately 1cm, but isn’t the most padded underfoot. That said, the rug is still relatively soft and the cotton / polyester blend definitely feels warm. The rug is also supposedly machine washable, but due to the size of the rug that I selected, this will need to be commercially washed (the smaller sized rugs may fit in your home washing machine). However, spot cleaning does work quite well as a stop gap, and hoovering the rug is straight forward. I am using this in our living room on a LVT floor and it is working well for this purpose, but we have added rug grippers to keep it securely in place. The rug could also be used in offices or bedrooms as well. Priced at £98.99 at the time of reviewing, I feel like this is fair for the quality and I would be happy to recommend it.
